1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unified Platform you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

Unified Platform is a Unified Chat Management Platform for businesses that connects to multiple social media and e-commerce channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LINE OA, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee.

  • Unified Inbox — aggregate messages from all channels in one place
  • Auto-reply Bot — respond automatically based on keywords
  • Team Management — manage multiple agents
  • Analytics Dashboard — conversation statistics and reports

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Credential security — keeping your password and tokens confidential and not sharing them with others.
  • All activity in your account — any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
  • Immediate notification of breach — if you discover or suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Use the service to transmit illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or hateful content
  • Abuse the API or conduct DDoS attacks / reverse-engineering
  • Violate the terms of connected platforms (Meta, LINE, TikTok, etc.)
  • Impersonate any person or organisation
  • Distribute malware or harmful code

5. Personal Data

Collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MungKornSuccess Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. GDPR / PDPA — Your Rights

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR you have the right to:

  • Right of Access — request to view personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure — request deletion of your personal data; submit a request at the deletion status page.
  • Right to Object — object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
